Creative Social Media & Marketing Manager

WanderWi is a sacred movement rooted in healing, land, and soul. We’re building a multi-dimensional experience that includes:

🌾 The Ranch - A grounded sanctuary space in Oklahoma, where animals, nature, and people heal side by side.

🌙 The Retreat - A sacred in-person container for transformation, inner-child joy, and soul-awakening.

🐾 The Refuge - An animal healing haven.

🌐 The Resource - A global digital network for seekers and guides (The Awakened Arising).

This isn’t just a brand, it’s a calling. And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to help us bring it to life, visually, energetically, and consistently, from the soil to the scroll.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Content Creation (Behind + In Front of the Camera)

  • Film and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and stories

  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments during retreats, workshops, and ranch life

  • Support with on-camera direction and creative prompts during events

  • Occasionally appear on camera for branded updates or storytelling (optional)

📱 Platform Strategy & Management

  • Manage social media posting schedule (primarily IG, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads)

  • Write captions that resonate - grounded, raw, and true to the WanderWi tone

  • Help grow audience organically through soulful strategy, community engagement, and intentional presence

  • Support content planning and occasional launches for:

    • Retreats & offerings

    • The Awakened Arising guide network

    • Coaching services, journals, and digital products

🎨 Visual & Brand Cohesion

  • Maintain brand tone + aesthetic (earthy, mystical, heartfelt, sometimes funny)

  • Create graphics/templates in Canva or similar tools

  • Curate visuals that reflect both rustic simplicity and soulful elegance

🔍 Strategy + Analytics

  • Track content performance (views, saves, engagement)

  • Suggest new approaches based on intuition + feedback

  • Spot trends early and help us stay relevant without selling out our soul

This Role Is for You If…

  • Thrive in creative freedom but also crave grounded structure

  • Have experience in content creation, social media strategy, and/or visual marketing

  • Love to capture real-life magic — raw moments, sacred ceremony, candid joy

  • Are comfortable with a camera, tripod, lighting setup, and editing tools (even basic ones)

  • Value intentional living, spiritual growth, and building something that deeply matters

  • Are collaborative, open-hearted, and resourceful

  • Are ready to root yourself in Oklahoma and be part of the WanderWi journey - not just online, but on the land

Bonus If You Also…

  • Have photography skills for branded shoots

  • Know your way around email marketing or Squarespace

  • Have experience with online launches, product campaigns, or digital courses

  • Have filmed retreats, events, or creative brand storytelling before

Logistics & Details:

  • Position Type: Full-time

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to rural Oklahoma (near Stroud)

  • Schedule: 40 hrs/week - includes some weekend/evening hours during events/retreats

  • Compensation: $40,000-$65,000 - based on experience and values alignment, with room for growth

  • Housing: Potential option available

  • Start Date: Flexible - ideally within 30-60 days

  • Growth: Opportunity to evolve with the brand as we expand offerings and visibility
