WanderWi General Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By entering the property and participating in any WanderWi events, activities, or experiences, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that WanderWi is a working ranch environment with outdoor terrain, animals, and various activity areas (including fire pits, walking trails, horseback rides, hayrides, craft stations, and more). I voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm that may arise from participating in these activities or simply being present on the property.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless WanderWi, its owners, staff, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and land partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event or presence on the property.

3. Animal & Activity Safety

I understand that interactions with animals, use of ranch features (such as hay slides, fire pits, or trails), and participation in any physical activity (including but not limited to horseback riding or pony rides) carry inherent risks. I agree to follow all posted rules, listen to staff instructions, and remain responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minors under my care.

4. Minor Children

If I am supervising children under the age of 18, I take full responsibility for their safety, behavior, and participation. I will not leave minors unattended in any activity area.

5. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize WanderWi staff to call emergency medical services and, if necessary, provide reasonable assistance until professional help arrives. I understand that any medical costs incurred are my responsibility.

6. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing below (or submitting this form digitally), I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver. I understand that this waiver applies to all current and future WanderWi events unless revoked in writing.
